TRUTH BE TOLD Living in a sinner’s dream Where the glitter dresses shine in the neon gleam Everyone is beautiful That’s what I’d have you believe Truth be told The lies are bought and the heart is sold Truth be told I never thought I could be so cold I never thought I could be so cold Truth be told You and I, we had it all Overflowing love like a waterfall Never fading, ever green That’s what you had me believe, but… Truth be told The lies are bought and the heart is sold Truth be told I never thought I could be so cold I never thought I could be so cold Truth be told Truth be told I will one day find reprieve That’s what I want to believe… Truth be told Truth be told

All I Ask 03:21
ALL I ASK I’m not looking for your sympathy So don’t pretend to shed a tear for me I don’t need you to pick up the phone I’m doing ok out here on my own All you asked of me Was to let you go too soon But all I ask of you Is to let me believe that you love me too It’s not enough, but if it’s not too much That’s all I ask of you I’m not looking for a bitter end But I don’t need you to be my best friend I never told you that I wanted more But there’s just one thing before you go All you asked of me Was to let you go too soon But all I ask of you Is to let me believe that you love me too It’s not enough, but if it’s not too much That’s all I ask of you I never wanted anything from you So it’s just so hard for me to believe… All you asked of me Was to let you go too soon But all I ask of you Is to let me believe that you love me too It’s not enough, but if it’s not too much That’s all I ask of you It’s not enough, but if it’s not too much That’s all I ask of you

Avalanche 04:11
AVALANCHE I’m not sure how long I’ve got I’m buried underneath the snow No one can hear my screams It’s dark and I’m all alone again We were at the highest point Struggled with the climb We were stronger when we’d made it But now we’re running out of time again We were facing the sky Hand in hand, side by side I was yours, you were mine Blinded Suddenly the ground fell from beneath my feet And you watched as I was swept away Now I’m buried six feet under God I can’t wait much longer Does it ever really matter who’s to blame For this avalanche, for this avalanche For this avalanche, for this avalanche I look for an escape But I don’t know what’s up or down Slowly suffocating I hope that there’s someone around, a friend Now I’m going insane Was it all just a game Cuz I still feel the same Broken Suddenly the ground fell from beneath my feet And you watched as I was swept away Now I’m buried six feet under God I can’t wait much longer Does it ever really matter who’s to blame For this avalanche, for this avalanche For this avalanche, for this avalanche Suddenly the ground fell from beneath my feet And you watched as I was swept away Now I’m buried six feet under God I can’t wait much longer Does it ever really matter who’s to blame For this avalanche, for this avalanche For this avalanche, for this avalanche

Paycheck 03:23
PAYCHECK I still remember my first job Taking orders at the restaurant Singing on Sundays in the church choir Playing Fridays at the local club I wasn’t sleeping much and making next to nothing No one even knew my name But I was having fun, it ain’t work when you love it I was never in it for the fame Because it’s not about the paycheck I’m in it for the love of the game And I will never take a raincheck If you wanna win you gotta play, hey, hey You know it’s not about the paycheck But tell me where to sign my name I still remember the first time I was singing to a sold out crowd I had a sea of people to play for But I just wanted to make my mama proud I wasn’t sleeping much, but I was making something And people started knowing my name I was just having fun, it ain’t work when you love it I was never in it for the fame Because it’s not about the paycheck I’m in it for the love of the game And I will never take a raincheck If you wanna win you gotta play, hey, hey You know it’s not about the paycheck But tell me where to sign my name I sang for millions of people Had my face on every TV screen (Have you seen me) But I still sing in the choir Cuz there ain’t no place I’d rather be Because it’s not about the paycheck I’m in it for the love of the game And I will never take a raincheck If you wanna win you gotta play, Because it’s not about the paycheck I’m in it for the love of the game And I will never take a raincheck If you wanna win you gotta play, hey, hey You know it’s not about the paycheck But tell me where to sign my name You know it’s not about the paycheck But tell me where to sign my nam

The World 03:08
THE WORLD I know you only wanted answers I know you tried to find a fleeting ray of light You say you’re tired of taking chances You say you’ve given up the fight The world is waiting at your door The world wants to tell your story, oh The world is bigger than the chaos or the glory It’s a bright and shiny blur, I wouldn’t trade it for the world I wouldn’t trade it for the world I know you’ve fought so many battles I know I’ll never see what lies beneath the scars You say it’s quiet in the shadows But I remember who you are The world is waiting at your door The world wants to tell your story, oh The world is bigger than the chaos or the glory It’s a bright and shiny blur, I wouldn’t trade it for the world I know our love was never perfect I wouldn’t trade it for… The world waiting at your door The world wants to tell our story The world is bigger than the chaos or the glory It’s a bright and shiny blur, I wouldn’t trade it for… The world The world is only waiting for our story, oh The world is bigger than the chaos or the glory It’s a bright and shiny blur, I wouldn’t trade it for the world I wouldn’t trade it for the world I wouldn’t trade you for the world

Digging Deep 03:10
DIGGING DEEP (Digging deep, digging deep, digging deep, digging deep…) Thought I was going under Thought I could hear the sound Thought I could hear the thunder Rumbling from the underground Thought I was at the limit Thought I was gonna drown But in that final moment I would not go, not go down I need that feeling I want that glory Won’t let the struggle define my story I know I got it in me Push past the point of fear And when they're shouting with me Everyone will know I’m here Until I cross that line (I’m digging deep) Until I make it mine (I’m digging deep) Until I burn to shine (I’m losing sleep, I’m digging deep, I’m digging deep)
